December 6, 2001 -- Seattle's Best Coffee at DFW named Concessionaire of the Year!

The DFW Airport Board honored its concessionaires at the Thursday, December 6th meeting of the DFW Airport Board.  Seattle's Best Coffee (Coffee Star, Ltd.) won the Concessionaire of the Year Award - Food and Beverage.  Jeffrey P. Fegan, DFW International Airport CEO, presented a trophy and a check for $5,000 to Mollie Chelette, vice president and also human resources director. Also pictured are Leslie Gordon, general manager, Teena Reece, operations director and Greg Stephenson, general manager.

Seattle's Best Coffee has eight outlets in the terminals.  When asked what she plans to do with the check, Ms. Chelette said, "Probably have a big party for the employees".  The company employs 250 people at DFW Airport.   (Paraphrased from an article in the January 10, 2002 issue of "DFW People, The Airport Newspaper".)
