The Love Field Conference Center was designed with the business traveler in mind and features five conference rooms, eight workstations, high speed internet connections, in-house catering, complementary gourmet coffee service and luggage storage when a conference room is booked.

The Love Field Conference Center is staffed with caring individuals who truly understand your needs.  Our concierge-style service specializes in making arrangements for special services including couriers, over-night mail, chauffeur-driven limousines and hotel reservations. 

The Love Field Conference Center's offers a limited catering menu.  We offer set-price and a la carte selections.  Our menu selections will delight your culinary senses.

Each conference room is fully equipped with a conference table, swivel arm chairs, dry erase board walls, conference speaker phones, TV/VCR and high speed internet connections.  Hourly rates for a conference room are honored up to four hours, past four hours the daily rate applies.  Complimentary coffee service until noon daily and there is fresh ice water available to all guests throughout the day (standard for all meeting rooms).  Walk-Ins are Welcome!

Each work desk is equipped with a telephone, high speed DSL connections are available upon request and are free of charge.  Personal messages, complimentary coffee and all reception services are also available.

Directions

Centrally located, just a few miles from downtown Dallas and the city's hottest tourist attractions! 

From Stemmons Freeway (I-35), exit east bound Mockingbird Lane, go east on Cedar Springs Road.  Turn left into Love Field Airport. 

From the Dallas North Tollway or Central Expressway (75), exit Mockingbird Lane heading west bound toward Cedar Springs Road.  Turn right into Love Field Airport.

The Love Field Conference Center is located conveniently in the Main Terminal between the baggage claim area and the Southwest Airlines ticket counter across from the car rental desks.  There are no security restrictions on this level of the airport.  Convenient to Downtown Dallas, 5 miles from the InfoMart, World Trade Center and the Dallas Convention Center.  Shuttle service to and from DFW Airport and local hotels is also available.
